Hello everyone,

I've never been to NM and seek a bit of local advice.
On June 14 I'd like to get from ABQ airport to a forest 100 miles north.
I'm hoping to get a ride, but if I did have to hitchike, would anyone know where's a good safe place to do it from?
It looks like from ABQ I can catch a bus to Martin Luther King and walk to I-25 from there. Wondering if that's a good idea or a dangerous idea and if there's a way better spot to flag cars from.

Thanks a million.

Here's what I've been advised:

From ABQ airport, follow the Rail Runner logo: get on the shuttle then on the Rail Runner train to Bernalillo. Hitch from there on 550 East to Cuba.
